At Seraphine Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be :

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Whenever you receive your parcel, it is very important that you take a video of yourself opening the box and checking your item. This will help us know if your item was damaged in the parcel, and only after it is approved will you be eligible for a return.

Note : Please send your item to the address we provided, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@seraphinejewels.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order pieces)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@seraphinejewels.com.
